    Production

By cutting-edge technologies and well-established knowledge we assure that our production respects each products peculiarity and that it meets the highest manufacturing standards.

    Environmental Sustainability

Alfi has always put consistent and continuous efforts for the environmental sustainability of its company and products, having always considered this point one of its priority. In addition to other handy advantages, compared to other packaging, Alfi's vegetable preserves in pouch are less bulky. This means saving CO2 during transport and an easy disposal of the empty envelope. Opened in 2017, Alfi new facility was built incorporating in its structure green projects such as the photovoltaic system, which drastically reduces the use of the electricity provided by the grid (and at the same time the CO2 production) and the natural gas boiler, which is surely more eco-friendly, compared to a more traditional oil or diesel one. Furthermore, Alfi has always been implementing a 100% separate collection program to reduce waste and allow the recycling of its rubbish.

    Social Sustainability

Being a company made up of people and goods, Alfi is "primarily" aimed to meet the needs of its human capital. Some concrete examples, which testify this noble aim:
    • • Alfi is a SEDEX member, the largest European organization made up of people who make business according to ethical principles. Learn more about it on www.sedex.com

    • • Alfi supports TEAM FOR CHILDREN, a no-profit organization that helps the children hospitalized in the Pediatric Onco-haematology unit in Padua and their families. Learn more about on www.teamforchildren.it

    • •Alfi regularly donates foodstuff to Onlus like Banco Alimenatare and other local entities.

    • •Alfi took out an insurance policy for health coverage in favour of all its employees, in case of Covid-19 infection.

    • • For some years now, Alfi has been rewarding all its employees for their constant commitment with a financial incentive.
